Complaints Against Law Enforcement and Correctional Officers
Three of our priority bills—and several others we support—passed their committees this week.
Notably, HB 317 — sponsored by Representative Fabricio, passed the House Judiciary Committee and
is now set for floor consideration on the House Special Order Calendar for April 24th.
A special thank you to all the members who helped whip votes in support of the bill. We also
encourage everyone to take a moment to watch to the powerful and eloquent testimony delivered
by Felix Del Rosario during the committee meeting—it was truly a standout moment.
